• Cost saving: Horsten’s main China office is located in Xi’an, which is a lower-cost region than cities, such as Shanghai, Beijing and Guangzhou.
• Continuity: 4 of our Chinese colleagues work with Horsten since more than 20 years; hence, we can offer our customers a solid, trustworthy and loyal team in China.
• Liaison – representation – watchdog: thanks to our unique Horsten model, we act as the ‘eyes & ears’ of our customers in China and can help with communication, represent the EU company towards its Chinese partners, suppliers or other stakeholders, and keep an eye on what happens in China on behalf of the overseas customer.
• Strategic and operational support: thanks to our experience in China as a consultant to hundreds of customers in the past 25+ years, we proactively support our customers and give recommendations for optimizations.
