The client is a Belgian family-owned company specialized in the design, import and distribution of promotional articles. The company has already a tradition of many decades and is importing products from China since more than 10 years. Recently the company has decided to set up a legal entity in China to support its continuous growth and to better respond to the growing challenges faced with importing from China.

Involvement of Horsten International

Horsten has assisted the customer to make the right decisions and choose the right business model for its legal set-up. Horsten’s colleagues in Belgium and in China help the client to collect all corporate documents, communicate with the local accountants, perform professional translations and set up the administrative and financial systems.

Horsten has also assisted the customer with getting the employment permit for one its Belgian employees in China.
