Horsten International acts as a consultant during the set-up of joint ventures (JV), wholly foreign owned enterprises (WFOE) or other forms of enterprises in China. Horsten also has a lot of experience in setting up and managing Hong Kong limited companies as part of the Asia-Pacific strategy of its customers.

Scope of services include strategic advice, negotiation of JV contracts, documents’ preparation, assistance in human resource management (recruitment, restructuring, etc.), assistance in financing through European and Chinese funds, and if required operation management at the start-up or early development phase.
