Due to the specificity of the Chinese market and the lack of knowledge of many foreign companies that want to do business in China, it is very difficult for Western companies to make trustworthy assumptions and estimates about their future plans for China.

Based on several decades of experience in setting up and managing start-ups in China, we assist our customers in collecting and critically analyzing the data and make the right decisions. Apart from preparing a detailed financial plan, the scope of the feasibility study also includes other activities, such as a location study, engineering, market research, sourcing of materials and equipment, assistance in financing, HR issues, etc.
