Involvement of Horsten International

Horsten assisted the customer with the recruitment of 2 of its Chinese sourcing representatives, including the negotiation of the terms and the drafting of the labor contract.

Horsten also gave strategic advice regarding the Globetrade China market entry, which led to the setting up of a 100% affiliate in China. Horsten assisted the customer with the preparation of the documents, making the right strategic choices, up to the issuance of the business license and the opening of the bank account.
