What’s Cooking? is market leader in chilled lasagne in many European countries and markets their own brands Come a casa®, Vamos® and Stefano Toselli and also numerous private labels.

Involvement of Horsten International
Horsten assisted What’s Cooking? to participate in an exhibition in China. Subsequently, Horsten assisted the customer in the strategic decision making process concerning its entry into China and performed a detailed feasibility study, including the collection and critical analysis of the market information, formulation of recommendations for operational optimizations and the route-to-market strategy.
