Project Introduction

Norriq is a global expert in modern business IT solutions, developing and selling ERP, CRM, e-commerce, intranet and business intelligence solutions for manufacturing companies. Norriq is one of Microsoft’s biggest partners, working with and implementing Microsoft Dynamics/Navision solutions and services. The company’s headquarters is in Denmark, with affiliates in Belgium, Germany, UK, Tunisia and China, and activities in 40 countries and employing 350 employees.

Involvement of Horsten International

In 2017 Horsten International assisted the customer with an analysis of Norriq’s situation in China, including a legal and fiscal analysis and a regulatory analysis. Based on these findings, Horsten made some recommendations regarding Norriq’s strategy for China and protection of intellectual properties.
