Involvement of Horsten International

Tuende Pharmaceuticals was negotiating with a Chinese partner and needed assistance with the negotiations and screening of this Chinese partner.

Two representatives of Horsten performed a 2-day financial and legal due diligence as well as an independent assessment of the facilities of the Chinese partner. The visit had provided Tuende Pharmaceuticals with an excellent inside view on corporate, financial and commercial information from their partner in China. There still were some challenges after the visit, but nevertheless the two parties were confident to work together.

Furthermore, Horsten assisted in the further communication and supported Tuende Pharmaceuticals with the negotiation and implementation of the agreement with the Chinese partner.
