Onderstaande tekst is een abstract van deze speech.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Als EU-China business consultant met 26 jaar ervaring in het faciliteren van samenwerking tussen Chinese en Europese bedrijven, beschouw ik mezelf als een bevoorrechte getuige van de verbazingwekkende ontwikkeling van China in de afgelopen decennia, wat mij unieke inzichten geeft in de kansen voor samenwerking tussen de twee regio&#8217;s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Laat ik direct met de deur in huis vallen. <strong>In plaats van de economische en technologische ontwikkeling van China als een bedreiging te zien, <\/strong><strong>ben<\/strong><strong> ik <\/strong><strong>ervan overtuigd <\/strong><strong>dat E<\/strong><strong>uropese <\/strong><strong>bedrijven proactief op zoek moeten gaan naar Chinese partners voor <\/strong><strong>gemeenschappelijke ontwikkeling <\/strong><strong>en commercialisering.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ik ben een groot voorstander van partnerships tussen Chinese en Europese bedrijven. Deze partnerships helpen niet alleen om je bedrijf in China te doen groeien, maar ik ben ervan overtuigd dat deze samenwerkingen ook cruciaal kunnen zijn voor wereldwijde expansie. Natuurlijk moeten we niet na\u00efef zijn: als Europees bedrijf moet je je Chinese partner zorgvuldig screenen en ervoor zorgen dat je je intellectuele eigendommen beschermt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Laten we eerst kijken naar Europese bedrijven die de Chinese markt willen betreden met hun producten en technologie\u00ebn. In de afgelopen jaren zie ik veel Europese bedrijven die grote moeite hebben om de Chinese markt te betreden. In plaats van te concurreren met Chinese bedrijven, die gevestigde verkoopkanalen en een goed begrip hebben van de Chinese markt, kunnen partnerships met Chinese bedrijven gebruikt worden als hefboom. Bovendien kunnen er bij het betreden van de Chinese markt behoorlijk wat obstakels zijn op het vlak van regelgeving en culturele verschillen. <strong>Daarom is het gemakkelijker om de Chinese markt te betreden als je een goede Chinese partner hebt.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">China is nu al een wereldleider op verschillende technologische gebieden, waaronder artifici\u00eble intelligentie, 5G, smart manufacturing en hernieuwbare energie. Europese bedrijven hebben uiteraard ook geavanceerde technologie\u00ebn met een groot potentieel in China, maar Europese bedrijven missen vaak de nodige financieringsmogelijkheden en netwerken om deze technologie\u00ebn op de markt te brengen. <strong>D<\/strong><strong>oor samen te werken met Chinese technologiebedrijven<\/strong><strong>, <\/strong><strong>kunnen E<\/strong><strong>uropese <\/strong><strong>bedrijven<\/strong><strong> <\/strong><strong>toegang krijgen tot geavanceerde technologie\u00ebn en innovaties die elders mogelijk niet direct beschikbaar zijn<\/strong>. Deze uitwisseling van kennis en middelen kan de ontwikkeling van nieuwe producten en diensten versnellen, waardoor het concurrentievoordeel van Europese bedrijven op zowel lokale als wereldwijde markten wordt verbeterd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"543\" src=\"https:\/\/www.horsten.be\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/780A2463-1-1024x543.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5085\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.horsten.be\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/780A2463-1-1024x543.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.horsten.be\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/780A2463-1-300x159.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.horsten.be\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/780A2463-1-768x408.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.horsten.be\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/780A2463-1-1536x815.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/www.horsten.be\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/780A2463-1.jpg 1920w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">China is niet langer een land met lage arbeidskosten. Niettemin is het nog steeds &#8216;de fabriek van de wereld&#8217;, met 30% van de wereldwijde productie die in China wordt gedaan. China staat de laatste jaren bekend om zijn effici\u00ebnte productieprocessen en kosteneffectieve arbeidskrachten. <strong>Door gedeelde investeringen in onderzoek en ontwikkeling kunnen E<\/strong><strong>uropese <\/strong><strong>bedrijven financi\u00eble risico&#8217;s minimaliseren en tegelijkertijd het potentieel voor innovatie maximaliseren<\/strong>. Als gevolg hiervan kunnen Europese bedrijven hun middelen effectiever toewijzen en kunnen ze zich richten op technologie\u00ebn of toepassingen met de grootste toegevoegde waarde.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ik ben ervan overtuigd dat E<\/strong><strong>uropese <\/strong><strong>bedrijven<\/strong><strong>,<\/strong><strong> door samenwerking met Chinese bedrijven<\/strong><strong>,<\/strong><strong> ook concurrerender kunnen worden voor wereldwijde expansie<\/strong>. De synergie\u00ebn die door deze partnerships worden gecre\u00eberd, kunnen producten en oplossingen cre\u00ebren en nieuwe markten en nieuwe klantsegmenten openen die voorheen ontoegankelijk waren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tot slot, alleen als je naar China gaat en proactief op zoek gaat naar zakenpartners, kunt je je concurrentiepositie beter begrijpen en op zoek gaan naar samenwerkingsmogelijkheden. De CIFTIS-expo is zeker een perfect evenement om naar China te gaan en potenti\u00eble partners te ontmoeten.
