Project Introduction<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Techwin Software is a Belgian company based in Mechelen and set up in 1993 by Andr\u00e9 De Weerdt. Techwin started as a supplier for Belgian windows and doors manufacturers. Over the years, they developed reliable solutions for the automation of joineries in Belgium and the Netherlands and increasingly also other foreign countries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Techwin’ customers are small and large joinery companies looking for a solution to automate a single process or several business processes. Their employees have years of experience in the automation of joineries and are thoroughly aware of the problems of their customers. This knowledge combined with the latest software techniques result in sustainable answers for these customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 2017 Techwin set up a joint venture in Beijing, supplying its knowledge to the Chinese market. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Involvement of Horsten International<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

After the joint venture was set up, Horsten performed an in-depth investigation (financial and legal due diligence) about the joint venture and advised Techwin Belgium how to improve the communication. At the same time strategic advise was given with regard to the long term strategy of the company in view of its business development and corporate strategy for the fast developing Chinese market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Horsten’s involvement also comprised of the following services: translation services, cultural matchmaking and communication, recommendations in process flows, advise in management and HR issues and troubleshooting. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
